You can also download the combined reservation / credit card pre-authorization form that was mailed out to all parishioners in December. This form allows you to bill your reservations to a credit card, and also ensures that you will be pre-authorized to make purchases the night of the auction with no waiting. This form should be mailed to SHF Auction Reservations, 6737 Rock Hill Road, Affton, MO 63123.
