Volunteer to help with the auction
The auction depends on volunteers. Help is needed between now and auction night, on auction night and the day after, including: 50/50 & Tuition Raffle • Bank • Bar • Basket Assembly • Clean-up • Construction • Decorations • Oral Auction Set-up • Oral Auction Stage Manager & Helpers • Pick-up Items • Runners • Set-up • Sign-up Party Coordinators • Silent Auction • Solicitation Follow-up Phone Calls • Spotters • Vannas & Overbid Runners.
A parish volunteer meeting is scheduled (TBD) in the Parish Center's Mary Room. Call Emilie Baker at 544-0793, send an e-mail to volunteers@shfauction.org or use our contact form if you would like to volunteer.
Donate an item, special service or cash
Click here for suggested items. Donations received by the deadline will appear in the Auction Catalog. Please drop off your donation at the Parish Office (marked "SHF Auction 2012"), or call Mary Grimaud, 638-3133, to arrange for item pickup. Tax deduction forms will be provided.
Purchase an advertisement, or give someone a special message

Purchase Extra TWB Certificates
Think about the Auction when you purchase grocery or retail certificates. The Mystery Bags need $5 to $10 gift cards donated. Why not spend an extra $10 with TWB? Our parish can get a profit while helping with the Auction. Contact us with any questions.
