Auction Dinner Reservations

The auction dinner is on Saturday, February 25, 2012. Invitations are being prepared and will be mailed out around the first of December. At that time the reservatation form will also be available.

The schedule is as follows:

4:30 – Mass
5:30 – Cocktails and Check-in; Silent Auction Opens
7:00 – Buffet Dinner
8:30 – Oral Auction

Dinner features a catered three-course meal (salad, entree and dessert and coffee) along with an open bar.

For general seating, we are keeping the cost this year to $50 per person ($500 for a table of 10).

Royal Table seating tickets are available for $100 per person ($1,000 for a table of 10). The Royal tables are up front, close to the stage. The additional cost is tax-deductible.
